MAC bought the Nocton Nurseries site back in 2011, which has since been updated by investing in a green energy plant. This helps heat and power the various units and also generates extra revenue.

However, despite all their hard work it appears there has been a change to one of the major tenancies on-site.
Winchester Growers Ltd
This company had their principle site at Nocton, but a major restructuring took place which changed all that.
In 2015 the business was restructured to establish two separate entities:
- 'Winchester Growers' - to deal with all Cornwall activity, and a new business
- 'Lincsflora', to encompass all Lincolnshire operations

This company supplied millions of tulips, lilies, gladioli, sweet williams and sunflowers to Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.
It employed 118 staff at Nocton and Pinchbeck.
Unfortunately, 'Lincsflora' was forced to close their business on 23 May 2015, after failing to seal a deal with a potential buyer.
