Picnic on the Green - Sunday 31 May 2015

Thank You All:

• The hardy residents that braved the chilly winds.
• The entertainers - Bourne Borderers Morris Dancers, Music by Gone to the Dogs not forgetting the awesome Maypole dancers.
• Dennetts ice cream,  in their brand new purpose build trailer.

Once again the Green was adorned with gazebo’s and bunting with delicious and impressive picnics laid out.  The raffle table was weighed down with contributions from ‘local’ residents, ranging from a Dyson to Nocton eggs and honey (oh and the wine!), a spectacular flower arrangement , Lincoln Show tickets and and and…….

Three draws took place:

1. Village Hall Questionnaire: Glynis (from the Post Office) winning £50.00.
2. 200 Club May Draw: 1st [125] Elsie Horton; 2nd [183] Steven Wheatley; 3rd [142] Victoria Keal
3. Dyson: Steve Dickinson
