Wind Farm - political overtones

I quite enjoy seeing wind farms, says new Energy Secretary Amber Rudd as she promises locals can veto turbines

'Miss Rudd signalled that legislation will be included in the Queen's Speech next week to ensure that new wind farms have the support of local people. It will reverse the current system which sees large-scale projects decided by a national infrastructure body.'
