It's been awhile, but the fly-tippers have returned to Nocton.
This is their latest 'donation' to the village; black rubble bags dumped near the entrance to the RAF Hospital site. The contents seem to be all bio-degradable and whilst it is still wrong to dump items illegally, it would not have been too much of an issue if the bags had been emptied and the soil and turf spread out... but it is private land and the laws of fly-tipping still apply.
